MY BRAIN IS THE SPECTATOR and OFF BALANCE AGAIN!!
Today I am going out to lunch to celebrate my friend's birthday!!
I am in pain but it isn't as bad as it has been before. But my balance is totally off!! I fell into the kitchen counter three times this morning. I wrenched my arm but it isn't too bad. My arm started sliding across the counter because it was still wet from the Fantastic I used to clean it. It is strange when you see things happening to yourself and you can't stop them. It is sort of like my brain is the spectator at my physical problems and it has a front row seat I was only wiping the counter and picking up a cup off of it to put into the trash!! SOOOO ANNOYING to keep falling! I keep fighting to not use my walker but I think I should. I just never seem to learn the lessons I should be following! I NEED to use my walker and I NEED to stop bending over!!I cleaned up for about two hours and then I left for the birthday lunch! Whenever the four of us go out together, it is the best time ever!! Carol cracks me up, I start laughing when she starts telling a story and she is barely into it before I start cracking up! I forgot I had Parkinson's while I was out with my friends but as soon as I got up, it reared it's ugly head again!!(kind of like Trump rearing his ugly head due to his guilty conscience!!)
I post my blog in about 8 places. The administrator of Parkinson's Disease Fighters removed my post about Crying. He said it was too depressing and the picture was too sad. He only wants uplifting posts on his Facebook page. Needless to say, I am done posting on that page!! So many members from that page have told me that they feel so good reading my blog because they can relate to it so much and they feel less alone! People with PD have good days and bad days!
Trump’s guilty conscience just reared its ugly head in frantic Mueller report tweet
