Impatient for my Stenosis SI Joint Injection Shot to work!!

I am so impatient to see if my SI joint injection shot has worked at all. I have to wait 2-4 days to see if it kicked in. I usually have tons of patience but not for this,  although I have no choice of course!! I looked on the forms to see what type of medication was injected but the medication name wasn't listed anywhere on the paperwork.
I will be thrilled if it relieves all or some of my pain! Then I can focus on my Parkinson's disease.  Not that Parkinson's is something to want to focus on. I want to go back to the Parkinson's boxing class if I can get my sciatica pain managed.  I also want to start the LSVT BIG program for Parkinson's.  My PT thought that this shot would work at least a little bit for me. My only option for treatment after this is surgery.  My PA daughter Renee doesn't think I should have surgery.  She thinks that my age will affect the outcome as well as back surgery being very risky.  I was so nervous when we let Olivia have spinal fusion surgery but she lived in horrible pain and had no quality of life, she just was in bed 24/7 and/or taking too much  Oxycodone.
I went outside and started planting my flowers into pots.  I love flowers and I love gardening but it is different now. I had trouble lifting the bags of potting soil so I guess I need Dan's help for that!! This is the first Spring that I can't just go out and plant my flowers!!The sciatica and Parkinson's now have control of my body. I was out front trying to trim the bushes and weed and I kept falling forward and losing my balance.  I had to stop because I didn't want to get hurt.  When Dan got home, he helped me lift some of the bags of potting soil. I only have one more flat of flowers to plant and then I will give up. I usually plant about 6 flats of flowers but I cut it in half this year. I never realized the effort it took before this Spring.
